Karen O'Brien (Oklahoma)
Karen O'Brien was a member of the Tulsa City Council in Oklahoma, representing District 3. The city council appointed O'Brien October 3, 2018, to serve as an interim councilor until December 3, 2018, when the winners of the November general election took office.[1]
