I am the mother of 4 and the grandmother to 6. I am a small business owner. I have become increasingly alarmed by the way our current legislation is running the state. I feel at every turn they are increasingly making it harder for all individuals to earn a living, get better health coverage and simply just get by. They pass judgments on us daily and want to be in complete control of our lives in every way possible. It's time for people to stand up and stop them!
  • I want to fix the fact that our education system ranks 45th in the nation due to the fact that we don't support our educators. They deserve better and so do we. Let's make education a priority.
  • Let's fix the fact that many of us can't afford decent health coverage and are having to work a 2nd and 3rd job just to be able to afford rent and groceries and on top of that they are wanting to cut out free school lunches and snap benefits and if you should suddenly find yourself homeless due to the loss of your employment etc. you are now considered a criminal.
  • Let's fix the fact that right now in 2024 some of our communities are facing an environmental issue, they don't have access to clean drinking water causing many health issues.

Show up for your community and make yourself known and available, especially when needed during times of crisis.
To my daughter's and granddaughters, that I fought a hard fight to keep and protect your rights.
We should always be willing to listen, learn and compromise for the betterment of all Kentuckians.
Getting the legislation back to working on behalf of the regular citizens instead of the elitist and their companies.
