Karl Eppich is a judge for Division Two of the Arizona Court of Appeals. He assumed office in 2017. His current term ends on January 4, 2027.

Eppich ran for re-election for the Division Two judge of the Arizona Court of Appeals. He won in the retention election on November 3, 2020.

Eppich was appointed in 2017 by Republican Governor Doug Ducey to succeed former Judge Joseph W. Howard.[1]

Before his appointment to the Arizona Court of Appeals, Eppich was a judge on the Pinal County Superior Court in Arizona. He was initially appointed in April 2014 by Gov. Jan Brewer (R). Eppich won retention in the general election on November 8, 2016.[2]
