Karl Lembke is an at-large member of the Bismarck School Board in North Dakota. He won election to his first term against five other candidates for three available seats in the general election on June 10, 2014.

Lembke has earned a B.S. in business administration from the University of Mary. He is the development officer for the State Historical Society of North Dakota.[1] Lembke has three children currently attending district schools.[2]

Funding

In an interview with The Bismarck Tribune, Lembke noted themes for his 2014 campaign including greater communication by the district about Common Core curriculum standards and responsible budgeting.[2]
