Biography
Singleton's professional experience includes working as Dean of Students at Sylvan Heights Science Charter School, reading and behavior interventions specialist at Ronald H. Brown Charter School, reading specialist at Central Dauphin School District, co-director of HBG Partnership Program at Clarion University, co-director and graduate assistant of Minority Affairs Building Bridges Program at Clarion University.
Singleton earned his A.A. in liberal arts and social sciences from Harrisburg Area Community College in 1993, his B.S. in secondary education and English from Clarion University in 1997, and his M.Ed. in reading specialization from Clarion University in 1999.
