Biography
Karl Speights was born in Anchorage, Alaska. Speights has served in the U.S. Air Force. He earned a graduate degree from the National Defense University National War College in 1980. Speights' career experience includes owning a business and working as a car restorer. He has been affiliated with the Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion, AMAC, NRA, Gun Owners of America, American for Prosperity, and DAV.[1]
