Karla Staheli
Karla Staheli was a judge on the Fifth District Juvenile Court in Utah. Governor Gary Herbert appointed her in July 2010.[1] Staheli resigned on February 1, 2014.[2] She passed away on August 14, 2015, at the age of 61.[3]
Education
Staheli received a bachelor's degree in psychology and women's studies from the University of Utah and a J.D. from Brigham Young University.[3]
Career
Prior to taking the bench, Staheli worked as deputy attorney in Iron County for three years, and then as a guardian ad litem for 15 years.[3]
