Campaign website

Borysenko's campaign website stated the following:

#CamerasInClassrooms

Hundreds of teachers in New Hampshire have publicly signed petitions saying they will break the law against teaching critical race theory and divisive concepts in schools. Parents deserve to know what their kids are learning.

On day one as Governor, I will sign an executive order mandating a camera be placed in every public school classroom in the state, with a live feed available for parents of students in the class.

Defund Racist Programs

Equality is what we want – everyone shows up and gets the same access to opportunity regardless of their race, gender, or other characteristics. We should all support that, and strive to bridge opportunity gaps.

However, across the state, our tax dollars are funding programs based in EQUITY, a Marxist concept demanding equality of outcomes.

As Governor, I will defund any state-funded program with equity in the title.

Property Tax Optional

More than 2/3rds of our property taxes go towards funding the public schools. I want them to earn that money.

I will work with the legislature to make paying the property tax optional. If people believe the schools are doing a good job and want to fund the public schools, they will be welcome to do so.

But if they do not believe the government should run schools, they won’t have to fund it any longer.

Protect children from state indoctrination

I was one of the leading advocates for the state passing the divisive concepts bill in 2021, which prevents teachers from teaching overtly racist concepts in public schools.

However, the bill is flawed. Before it was passed, Chris Sununu watered it down, diminishing it’s impact.

Not only will I fix what Chris Sununu broke when he sided with Democrats, I will also sign the parental rights bill he refused to.

Make New Hampshire The Capital of Homeschooling

New Hampshire has made great strides this year in making access to home schooling easier. But there is still a ways to go.

As Governor, I will create a blue ribbon commission of the brightest minds in the state and nationally to figure out the best strategies to make home schooling more accessible to more parents. What prevents parents form homeschooling, and what can we do to help them? Once we have those recommendations, we’ll use them to create the most home-school friendly state in the country.

Get The Government Out Of Education

Government schools are not educating your kids. Only 36% of them graduate knowing how to read. One-third graduate knowing how to write. And only 26% graduate knowing how to do math.

Our kids deserve better. My ultimate goal is to create an environment in New Hampshire that removes the state from education by changing culture, not by using force.

As Governor, I will provide resources, alternatives and incentives to parents to allow them to make the very best decision for their kids.

Pro-choice with common sense

I believe abortion is one of the hardest decisions a woman should ever make. And, as a woman who has been raped, I deeply understand how important it is to protect choice for everyone.

However, I’m also not in favor of using abortion as birth control or in late-term or post-birth abortions.

I believe the current state law regarding abortion makes choice available to women, while allowing us to maintain our humanity.

Legalize Marijuana and Psychedelics

There is no longer a question regarding the healing properties of marijuana and psychedelics – individuals all over the world have experienced tremendous personal benefits from these substances.

Particularly when anyone can drive over the border to go to Massachusetts (something we should never be encouraging) to go to a legal dispensary, there is no reason restrict access in this state.

It’s time to make legalization happen.

Put Secession on the Ballot

This year, New Hampshire became the first state to consider secession since the civil war. However, the measure did not pass and the people were denied a vote.

Given how polarized our society is, I believe the only responsible thing to do is to at least consider a peaceful divorce.

I think it’s important that the people of New Hampshire be allowed to decide whether or not they want to stay in the union. I will support putting the issue on the ballot and allowing people to vote.[1]
