  • ✅ Protect our waterways from pollution especially the Wekiva River and the Econlockhatchee River.
  • ✅ Champion for potable water, healthy soil, and a cleaner sustainable environment for all citizens and especially those with disabilities, low income, and marginalized communities.
  • ✅ Initiate Citizen Information Forums to protect, explore, and enjoy our Orange County ecosystem and promote sustainable biodiversity in our urban and suburban areas.
The building blocks of conservation need to include education, advocacy, updated legislation, and accountability of federal, state, and local elected officials, businesses, constituents and citizens. Water conservation efforts would also include 1. effective irrigation equipment including accurate rain sensors, 2. effective soil and materials management, 3. water collection (rain barrels) and recycling, 4. effective reduction, recycling, and disposal of waste, and 5. organic farming.
