Biography
Kat Goulart was born in New London, Connecticut. She attended the University of Southern Maine. Goulart’s career experience includes working as Executive Vice President of Bail Right Now, LLC, a wholesale bail bond sales and reinsurance agency.[1] She has served as a commissioner of the New London Economic Development Commission and as a member of the New London Police Community Relations Committee.[1][2]
