Kate Doner is a political fundraiser and founder of Doner Fundraising in Austin, Texas.[1] She is also leading the two pro-Ted Cruz super PACs, Stand for Truth PAC and Trusted Leadership PAC.[2][3]

Kate Doner attended Hillsdale College and graduated with a bachelor's in history and political science.[1] She worked as a fundraiser for Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker's gubernatorial campaigns and also as a leading consultant and national fundraiser for his super PAC, Unintimidated PAC, until Walker suspended his campaign in September 2015.[4] In February 2016, CNN reported that the pro-Ted Cruz super PAC, Stand for Truth PAC, had hired Doner as its chief fundraiser.[5] In March, CNN further reported that Doner had also taken up the chief fundraising position for the pro-Cruz super PAC, Trusted Leadership PAC, which was formed out of a leadership merger of the four pro-Cruz Keep the Promise super PACS.[3]
