I am a lifelong Austinite, small business owner, immigration attorney, and mother of two running to represent Texas House District 50. For nearly 20 years, I have stood alongside families navigating complex legal systems, helping immigrants seeking safety, survivors of crime, and entrepreneurs building stable futures.

I am the founding attorney of Lincoln-Goldfinch Law, an award-winning immigration law firm that has helped more than 10,000 families secure legal status and stay together. I am also the co-founder of VECINA, a nonprofit that connects volunteer attorneys with asylum seekers nationwide. Through this work, I have seen firsthand how government decisions impact real people’s lives. I have served on the City of Austin’s Commission on Immigrant Affairs and was honored with the Texas Democratic Party’s “Kick Ass Award” for advocacy and leadership.

I am running for the Texas House because I believe state government must protect rights, opportunity, and dignity. My priorities include strengthening public education, expanding access to healthcare, supporting small businesses, defending LGBTQIA+ and immigrant communities, protecting free speech and due process, safeguarding reproductive freedom, and advancing practical, evidence-based public safety policies.

I am not a career politician -- I am a problem solver committed to delivering results for Texas families.
  • Immigrant Rights For nearly 20 years, I have worked as an immigration attorney fighting for families seeking safety, stability, and opportunity. I have helped more than 10,000 families secure legal status and stay together. In the Texas House, I will stand firmly against extremist policies that target immigrant communities and undermine due process. Texas thrives because of immigrants. I will defend constitutional rights, protect family unity, and ensure every person is treated with dignity and fairness under the law.
  • Reproductive Rights Texans deserve the freedom to make their own healthcare decisions without political interference. I will fight to restore reproductive rights, protect access to safe and legal abortion, and ensure women and families can access comprehensive healthcare. Politicians should not be making deeply personal medical decisions for Texans. I trust individuals, their families, and their doctors -- not the government.
  • LGBTQIA+ Rights Every Texan deserves to live openly and safely, without fear of discrimination. I will oppose efforts to target LGBTQIA+ Texans and their families and will work to ensure equal protection under the law. That includes protecting transgender youth, safeguarding access to healthcare, and defending the freedom to love who you love. Our state should expand opportunity and rights -- not restrict them.
I am passionate about protecting constitutional rights and expanding opportunity for Texas families. As an immigration attorney, I defend due process and equal protection under the law. I care deeply about reproductive freedom, access to affordable healthcare, and fully funding public education. I am committed to evidence-based public safety policies and protecting the civil rights of immigrant and LGBTQIA+ Texans. Government should safeguard rights, strengthen families, and treat every single person with dignity.
The Austin-American Statesman has endorsed our campaign. Planned Parenthood Texas Votes has granted me the status of 100% rated Planned Parenthood Texas Votes Candidate (not published yet).
