Katharine Malley Samson is a judge on the United States bankruptcy court, Southern District of Mississippi. She was appointed to the court on September 30, 2010. Judge Samson was the first female to serve as a bankruptcy judge in Mississippi.[1][2][3]
Education
Judge Samson earned a bachelor's degree from Louisiana Tech University and a J.D. from the University of Mississippi.[4]
