Katherine Maloney Perhach is a judge on the United States bankruptcy court, Eastern District of Wisconsin. She was appointed by Chief Judge Diane Wood of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. She took office on February 1, 2019. Perhach succeeded former Chief Judge Susan V. Kelley.[1]

Education

Judge Perhach received her bachelor's degree and J.D. from Marquette University.[1]

Career

At the time of her appointment, Perhach was the managing partner of the law firm Quarles & Brady LLP. She practiced in commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and state court receiverships.[1]
