Kathleen A. Forsyth is a former judge for Division 19 of the 16th Circuit Court in Missouri.[1] She was appointed to this position on June 19, 2003, and she retired on July 15, 2016.[2]

Education

Forsyth earned her undergraduate degree from Emporia State University and her J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.[3]

Career

Forsyth worked in the areas of probate and trust law for 15 years prior to her appointment by the 16th Judicial Circuit Court as Probate Commissioner in 1994. During that time, she was affiliated with several Kansas City law firms including Shughart Thomson & Kilroy PC, Linde Thomson Fairchild Langworthy Kohn & VanDyke PC, and Spencer Fane Britt & Browne LLP.[4]
