Kathleen Ann Keough (Democratic Party) is a judge of the Ohio Eighth District Court of Appeals. She assumed office in 2011. Her current term ends on January 2, 2029.

Keough (Democratic Party) ran for re-election for judge of the Ohio Eighth District Court of Appeals. She won in the general election on November 8, 2022.

Keough was elected to the court in 2010.[1] She was re-elected in 2016 and in 2022.

Biography

Education

Keough received her B.A. from Youngstown State University in 1983 and her J.D. from the Cleveland Marshall School of Law in 1987.[2]

Career

After graduating from law school, Keough worked in the Cuyahoga County Office of the Public Defender. In 1995, she became a judge on the Cleveland Municipal Court.[2][3]
