Kathleen Hemingway

Kathleen Hemingway is a judge on the Eighth Judicial District Court in Michigan. She was appointed by Governor Rick Snyder (R) on May 30, 2017. Hemingway had to run for election to her seat in 2018.[1]
Biography
Hemingway received a bachelor's degree from Hope College in 2002 and a J.D. from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2007. She worked as an assistant prosecuting attorney in Kalamazoo County from 2007 until her judicial appointment in 2017.[1]
