Kathleen J. Kooiker was a magistrate judge of the Fifth District of Iowa. She was appointed to this position in 1983 to serve Clarke County.[1]
Biography and Education
Kooiker received her bachelor's degree from Simpson College in 1986. She is now married and has two children.[1]
Career
Kooiker worked as a legal assistant for four and a half years prior to becoming a magistrate.[1]
