Kathleen M. Sweeney
Kathleen M. Sweeney was an associate judge for the First District Court in Baltimore City, Maryland.[1] She has served as a judge on the court since January 27, 1989, until 2019.[2][3]
Education
Sweeney received her undergraduate degree from Dunbarton College of the Holy Cross in 1972 and her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1975.[2]
