Kathleen R. Mulligan is a senior judge on the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. Mulligan was first elected as a full-time judge in 1993, she was retained in 2003, and was retained a second time in 2013. She became a senior judge in January 2016.[1][2][3][4]

Mulligan was retained to the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas with 72.2 percent of the vote on November 5, 2013. [3]
Education
Mulligan earned her undergraduate degree from Bucknell and her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh.[1][2]

As a Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas judge, Mulligan earns $173,271 annually.[5]
