Kathryn Hille
Kathryn Hille was a nonpartisan candidate for representative on the Columbus City Council in Ohio. She withdrew from the race in March 2017. It was too late to remove her name from the ballot, but a note was placed on voting machines explaining that votes for Hille would not be counted.[1]
