Kathryn Oberly
Kathryn Oberly was a judge on the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. She was appointed to the court by President George W. Bush in 2009.[1] Oberly left the court in November of 2013.[2]
Education
Oberly attended Vassar College and in 1971, received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin. She earned her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.[1]
