Kathy A. Morrow is the president judge of the Perry-Juniata County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Morrow was elected to the court in 2005 was retained in 2015.[2]

Jerry Sandusky case
In 2011, Morrow was temporarily assigned the case of former Penn State football coach Jerry Sandusky, who was accused of forty counts of child molestation.[5] Morrow presided until the appointed judge, John Cleland, assumed jurisdiction over the case. Morrow was one of four judges to be involved in the case.[6]
