2) Improvement of Alternative Education and Career Pathway Opportunities

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about? Why?

Healthcare It is important that healthcare is accessible, affordable and adequate for all. Alternative Education and Career Pathways Opportunity High school students who forgo college and choose employment, vocational and/or certification in high demand careers, will need to receive proper training for the opportunities. Economic Development in underserved communities It is important to develop/redevelop underserved communities, in an effort to stimulate economic growth and a better quality of life for citizens. Nonpartisan consideration of legislation that benefits all.[3]

Yes. It is important to consider like and opposing party ideas, if it represents what is best for constituents a whole.[3]
If you are not a current legislator, are there certain committees that you would want to be a part of?
Healthcare Education Infrastructure[3]
If you are a current legislator, what appealed to you about your current committees?
Chair, Economic Development- Realizing the vision I had for revitalization of my community I am charged with redevelopment of a community that has been deemed blighted for many years. The challenge is great but I have been successful in my efforts thus far. Finance Committee - The challenge of improving the villages fiscal position I am a part of a committee that has fiscally improved the finances of our village tremendously over a two year period. Recreation Committee Member - Insuring that all, youth, adolescents and adults have recreational opportunities inside our community[3]

Yes. Committee Chair for Healthcare or Education[3]
Both sitting legislators and candidates for office hear many personal stories from the residents of their district. Is there a story that you've heard that you found particularly touching, memorable, or impactful?
There are to many to tell. I have not heard their stories, I live in their stories.[3]
