Silcox ran for election to the Cumberland County Magisterial District.
Primary: She received 28.66 percent of the vote in the Republican primary on May 21, 2013, defeating Tim Piccini, Dale Sabadish, Maria D'Agostino, Glenda Farner Strasbaugh, and Joseph A. Ricci. She cross-filed as a Democrat but lost in that primary.
General: She defeated Dale Sabadish in the general election on November 5, 2013, receiving 51.2 percent of the vote.
Education
Silcox earned a degree in accounting from Widener University and a dual juris doctor degree and a master’s in business administration from Widener Law School.[4]
Career
Silcox previously served as a deputy attorney general.[4]
