Kathy Skroch (Republican Party) is a member of the North Dakota House of Representatives, representing District 25. She assumed office on September 11, 2025. Her current term ends on December 1, 2026.

Skroch (Republican Party) ran for re-election to the North Dakota House of Representatives to represent District 25. She lost in the general election on November 8, 2022.

On September 4, 2025, an executive committee of District 25 Republicans appointed Skroch to the North Dakota House of Representatives to replace Cynthia Schreiber-Beck (R).[1]

Biography

Kathy Skroch earned an associate degree from the Moorehead Technical College. Her career experience includes working as a farmer/rancher, resorative nurse/CNA, school bus route and activity driver, and businessowner.[2]
