Campaign themes
2014
Jones listed her campaign themes for the 2014 election on her campaign website:
“ |
Serving as a school board trustee is the logical next step after volunteering in the Grand Prairie Independent School District for the past eleven years. I admire the direction Grand Prairie ISD is heading, and want to keep that momentum going. During my volunteer tenure, I have been successful at advocating for children, parents, and teachers. I will continue to build partnerships, and stay active as a volunteer in the district. Positive role models are essential to building morale in the youth of our community. I want children to see that they, too, can be effective leaders no matter their background or the obstacles they face. Preschool Preparation Career Readiness 21st Century Improvements Advocacy |
