Biography
Katy Boatman lives in Houston, Texas. She graduated from Tivy High School. She earned a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University in 2004 and a Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law. Boatman’s career experience includes working as an associate with Andrews Kurth LLP and a law clerk with the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.[1][2][3]
