Katy Tang
Katy Tang is a member of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, representing District 4. She was first appointed to the position on February 27, 2013, and was elected to serve partial term in November 2013. Tang won election to a full term on November 4, 2014.[1]
On November 18, 2014, the Board of Supervisors elected Tang as the Interim-President of the Board, following David Chiu's election to the California State Assembly on November 4.[2] Tang held the position until January 8, 2015, when the Board elected Supervisor London Breed as President.[3]
Biography
Tang's professional experience includes working for the San Francisco Office of Public Policy and Finance and as a Legislative Aide to former Supervisor Carmen Chu.[1]
