- I am the most experienced candidate. Not only have I served on the school board during a global pandemic and spent the time listening to constituents on every side of every issue, I have experience in the classroom, and 13+ years of experience as a parent of children in 4 or our D5 schools.
- I believe we an meet the needs of every student without introducing political ideologies that divide us. We need to teach our history - the good, the bad, and the ugly - but not separate students into oppressor/oppressed groups. We can choose unity.
- Our students need lots of support to recover from the academic losses of the pandemic years. To do this, we have to address our workforce shortage, especially with teachers.
