Kay Katz
Kay Katz is a former Republican member of the Louisiana House of Representatives. She represented the 16th District from 1999 to 2012.
Katz earned her B.S. in English from Mississippi State University.
She is a member of the Louisiana Legislative Women's Caucus, Louisiana Republican Legislative Delegation, and the Louisiana Rural Caucus.[1]
