Biography

Wisner graduated in 2011 from the University of Alaska Southeast. Her career experience includes working as the director for the SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium.[1][2]

In June 2017, as a state employee, she signed a petition urging Alaska lawmakers to resolve a budget impasse.[3]
