Hello,

My name is Kehala Two Bulls and I am running for South Dakota State Senate in District 34. I’m running because I believe we can do better, together, as a community. We deserve kind and effective leadership that serves everyone in our district.

I am new to politics, but I am not new to community service. For the last 13 years I have led nonprofits, dedicating myself to improving the lives of children and families. Whether working in shelter services, drug treatment, or child advocacy, I have a strong track record of success. I work hard everyday for children and families in our community to help create a brighter future.

I believe that we can do better, together, as a community. We will do better for all children. We will strengthen our schools and local economy. We will protect individual medical rights. We will ensure our community is safe for everyone.

Please help me continue my work for children and families in District 34.

Leading with kindness,

Kehala Two Bulls
  • I work everyday with children and families in our community. I understand the struggles of everyday people in our district. I have a track record of setting ambitious goals and reaching them.
  • My leadership style is about being impactful and solution focused. I make a point of spending my time and energy in places where I can make a positive impact.
  • Our district is a beautiful place to live. My husband and I love raising our children here. There is lots to be proud of but there is also lots to work toward. In State Senate I will look out for the unique needs and interests of District 34.

An elected official needs to be honest, accountable and available to their constituents.
My first job was sorting cherries in a fruit packing shed. I stood at a conveyer belt for the whole shift while cherries flew by and I had to pull out any that were split. I stood shoulder to shoulder with people, old and young, and we worked together.
