Biography
Keisha McClish Couts was born in Wichita, Kansas. She graduated from the National Career Institute in 1996. She earned a bachelor's degree from American Intercontinental University in 2008 and a graduate degree from Friends University in 2017. Her career experience includes working as an entrepreneur.[1]

Throughout my career, I have sharpened my skills in community outreach, program development, and stakeholder engagement

Oversight and ensuring that government operations are conducted effectively and within legal boundaries. Adaptability, which is being able to adjust to new challenges and changing circumstances. Incorporate problem-solving skills effectively addressing and resolving issues facing the community. Equally treating all constituents with equal respect and consideration and impartiality by making decisions based on merit and fairness, free from bias or favoritism.
