Keith C. Barnes is a judge for the Fifth Judicial District in Utah. He was appointed by Governor Gary Herbert in February 2014, and confirmed by the Utah State Sentate on March 11th. His term expires in 2018.[1][2]
Education
Barnes received a B.A. in political science from Brigham Young University, and a J.D. from Oklahoma City University in 1994.[3]
Career
From 2004 until his judicial appointment, Barnes was the owner of Barnes Law Offices, P.C.. He has also been a partner at Jensen, Graff & Barnes, P.C, Park, Park & Barnes, and an associate attorney at The Park Firm.[3]
