Keith Kreiman
Keith Kreiman (b. June 28, 1954) was a Democratic member of the Iowa State Senate, representing District 47. Kreiman was on the State Democratic Platform Committee in 1988. He also served on the Davis County School Board from 1988 to 1993. He then served in the Iowa State House of Representatives from 1992 to 2002. He joined the Iowa State Senate in 2003 and served until 2010.
Kreiman earned his AA from Ellsworth Community College in 1974. He went on to receive his B.A. from Seattle University in 1976. He then earned his J.D. from the University of Iowa in 1978.
Kreiman was a Laborer for United Hydraulics Corp from 1971 to 1976. He has been a private practice attorney since 1978.

Kreiman lost to Republican candidate Mark Chelgren by a margin of 9,582 to 9,572 in the November 2 general election.[1]
In the June 8 primary election, Kreiman ran unopposed.[2]
2006
On November 7, 2006, Kreiman was re-elected to the 47th District Seat in the Iowa State Senate, defeating Keith Caviness (R) and Max Hulen (nominated by petition).[3] Kreiman raised $91,014 for his campaign, while Caviness raised $55,267 and Hulen raised $0.[4]
