Keith McGrath (Republican Party) was a judge of the Ohio Tenth District Court of Appeals. He assumed office on April 27, 2022. He left office on December 31, 2022.

McGrath (Republican Party) ran for re-election for judge of the Ohio Tenth District Court of Appeals. He lost in the general election on November 8, 2022.

Gov. Mike DeWine (R) appointed McGrath to the court on April 19, 2022, to replace Susan Brown.

Biography

McGrath received an undergraduate degree from Marshall University and a law degree from the Ohio State University College of Law.

Prior to joining the court, McGrath served as senior assistant prosecutor for the Franklin County Prosecutor’s Office. He also served as an assistant city prosecutor for the City of Columbus and a contract attorney at Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering.
