Biography

Keith McGuigan was born in Fairborn, Ohio. McGuigan's career experience includes working as a computer programmer and newspaper publisher. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of New Hampshire in 1998 and a graduate degree from the University of New Hampshire in 2006.[1]
