Miller ran for re-election for judge of the Maricopa County Superior Court in Arizona. He won in the retention election on November 5, 2024.
He was appointed to the court on October 1, 2021, by Gov. Doug Ducey (R) to replace Karen Mullins.[1]
Biography
Keith Miller earned his bachelor's degree in mathematics and history from Hillsdale College and earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School.[1] Prior to his appointment to the court, Miller worked in the following roles:
- 2020-2021: Associate Attorney at Fennemore
- 2015-2019: Assistant Attorney General at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office
- 2011-2015: Assistant Legal Counsel and Assistant Director of Career Services for Hillsdale College
- 2009-2011: Law clerk for U.S. District Court Judge James Teilborg
- 2008-2009: Associate Attorney at O’Melveny[1]
