Kelby Brick
Kelby Brick was a 2014 candidate for the Third Circuit Court for Baltimore County in Maryland. Brick is deaf and has been an activist for deaf advocacy throughout his career.[1][2]

Brick ran for election to the Third Circuit Court.
Primary: He was defeated in the Democratic primary on June 24, 2014, receiving 10.4 percent of the vote. He competed against incumbent judges, Julie L. Glass, Paul J. Hanley, Colleen Cavanaugh, and Justin James King. Brick cross-filed as a Republican and received 9.1% of the vote in that primary. Primary candidates competed for 4 seats.

Education
Brick received his undergraduate degree from Gallaudet University and his J.D. from the Temple University Law School. He was the first deaf person to graduate from Temple's law school.[2][5]
