Campaign website

Warner's campaign website stated the following:

My Story

Hi, I’m Kelceymarie Warner, and I’m running for Garden City Council because I believe local leadership should be deeply connected to the community it serves.

I’ve built my career working in nonprofit communications, education, and advocacy, leading projects that bring people together to solve real challenges. From advancing maternal health initiatives to serving as Vice Chair on the Board of Trustees at Rolling Hills Public Charter School, I’ve seen the power of listening, collaborating, and following through.

My family and I were drawn to Garden City, Idaho for its unique character and its easy access to the beautiful Boise River Greenbelt. We’ve called the Treasure Valley home for the past four years, after spending nine years in the Idaho Falls region. Before that, I grew up in a military family and moved nearly every year, which gave me a deep appreciation for the sense of belonging that comes with a strong community.

We love biking, running, and supporting the small businesses that make this city so vibrant. As Garden City continues to grow, I want to ensure it remains a place where families, young people, and longtime residents can all thrive.

e.

As your council member, I will work to expand public transit and create safer bike routesprotect and preserve our Greenbelt and open spaces, support local businesses, and keep housing attainable for the people who call Garden City home. I will also create more opportunities for neighbors to be heard before decisions are made.

I am running to bring people together, to make thoughtful and forward-looking decisions, and to ensure everyone has a voice in shaping our future. When we stay connected, we all move forward.
