A Joint School District No. 391 Plant Facility Tax Levy question is on the May 21, 2013, election ballot in Kootenai and Shoshone Counties, which are in Idaho.
If approved, this measure authorizes the Joint School District No. 391 to impose a property tax levy of $636,000 per year for six years to fund maintenance and upkeep of school buildings and facilities.

| “ | Shall the Board of Trustees of Joint School District No. 391, Shoshone and Kootenai Counties, State of Idaho, be authorized and empowered to levy a School Plant Facilities Fund Levy, in the amount of Six Hundred Thirty Six Thousand Dollars ($636,000) for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2013 and continuing each year in the amount of Six Hundred Thirty Six Thousand Dollars ($636,000) for six (6) years, sixty percent (60%)of the electors voting in favor of the proposal are needed to approve this proposed dollar amount, for the purpose of allowing the district to improve school sites; to remodel or repair any existing building or buildings; to furnish and equip any building or buildings, including all lighting, heating, ventilation and sanitation facilities and appliances necessary to maintain and operate the buildings of the District?[1][2] | ” |
