“ | Shall the Board of Trustees of Joint School District No. 391, Shoshone and Kootenai Counties, State of Idaho, be authorized and empowered to levy a School Plant Facilities Fund Levy, in the amount of Six Hundred Thirty Six Thousand Dollars ($636,000) for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2013 and continuing each year in the amount of Six Hundred Thirty Six Thousand Dollars ($636,000) for six (6) years, sixty percent (60%)of the electors voting in favor of the proposal are needed to approve this proposed dollar amount, for the purpose of allowing the district to improve school sites; to remodel or repair any existing building or buildings; to furnish and equip any building or buildings, including all lighting, heating, ventilation and sanitation facilities and appliances necessary to maintain and operate the buildings of the District?[1][2] | ” |
