Kelly Eckley-Moulder
Kelly Eckley-Moulder is a judge of the Duval County Court in Florida. She assumed office in 2016. Her current term ends on January 7, 2031.
Eckley-Moulder won re-election for judge of the Duval County Court in Florida outright in the general election on November 5, 2024, after the primary and general election were canceled.
Eckley was first appointed to the bench by Gov. Rick Scott (R) in April 2016 to fill the vacancy left by the retirement of Charles Cofer.[1]
Biography
Eckley earned her bachelor's degree from Florida State University. She later received her J.D. from the University of Daytona. Eckley was the chief assistant statewide prosecutor for the Attorney General of Florida from 2014 to her appointment in 2016.[1]
