Kelly Pehrson is the Utah Commissioner of Agriculture and Food. Pehrson assumed office on May 21, 2025. Pehrson's current term ends on January 1, 2029.

On March 8, 2025, Governor of Utah Spencer Cox (R) appointed Pehrson as Interim Utah Commissioner of Agriculture and Food to replace Craig Buttars (nonpartisan).[1]

On April 16, 2025, Gov. Cox appointed Pehrson as permanent Utah Commissioner of Agriculture and Food. He was confirmed by the Utah State Senate on May 21, 2025.[2][3]
