Kelly Halford Rose is an associate judge of the 15th Judicial Circuit Court in Missouri. She was elected on November 4, 2014, for a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[1]

Rose also formerly served as a municipal court judge for several municipalities in Lafayette County and Saline County, in Missouri before being elected to the 15th Judicial Circuit Court.
