Kelly W. Parker
Kelly Parker is a circuit court judge for the 42nd Circuit Court, Division 2 in Missouri. He was first elected in 2006.[1][2]
He was re-elected to the 42nd Judicial Circuit Court in 2014 for a term that expires on December 31, 2020.[3]
