His work has focused on solving real-world problems—where the data has to be accurate and the results have consequences. Whether it’s product safety or regulatory compliance, he’s spent his career in environments where there’s no room for guesswork.
That experience shapes how he approaches policy. He’s running for Congress because he is tired of watching political games take priority over people’s life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness.
Outside the lab, Kelly is part of the Tulsa community—whether that’s riding his motorcycle, playing sand volleyball, or staying connected with the people he’s running to represent.- America First—measured by results, not rhetoric. If elected, Kelly will work to reign in Trump's harmful tariffs that haven't led to onshoring and raise prices on everyday goods. Kelly will vote to end the costly Iranian War that drains taxpayer dollars while American families struggle. We need economic policies that put working people ahead of special interests. Kelly will fight to reduce the cost of living and ensure Oklahoma families can afford housing, healthcare, groceries, and education.
- Accountability should be standard, not optional. The Epstein Files Transparency Act demands full disclosure of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein and explanations for redactions. FBI Director Kash Patel testified to Congress that Jeffrey Epstein only sexually trafficked child to himself. Deputy Director Dan Bongino resigned. The release of the files have led to politicians around the world losing their positions of power because this was proven untrue. The American people deserve to know the truth about powerful individuals who may have been involved in criminal activity. Kelly believes in transparency and will push for accountability at the highest levels of government and society.
- The Constitution is the law of the land—and it should be applied based on principle, not politics. Equal protection under the law means rights don’t change based on political affiliation or the color of your skin. The first, second, and fourth amendments are visibly under attack. There are growing concerns around free speech, due process, and the use of force—issues that deserve serious, consistent scrutiny regardless of politics. Oklahoma needs a representative with a spine and history of standing up to government to defend the constitution.
In Oklahoma, voters approved medical marijuana through a ballot initiative, yet some officials continue to push policies that undermine that decision and create uncertainty for patients and businesses.
Kelly will fight to end discriminatory policies that treat lawful cannabis users as second-class citizens and restore full constitutional protections at the federal level.
