Kelsey E. Friend is a district court judge for the 35th District Court, which encompasses Pike County in Kentucky.[1] He began serving in 2000 and was re-elected by voters in 2010 and 2014.[2][3][4][5] His four-year term expired on January 6, 2019.[6]
