Kelvin Kelley
Kelvin Kelley was a member of the Abilene Independent School District in Texas, representing Place 7. Kelley assumed office in 2013.

Biography
Kelley earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Angelo State University in 1989. He later earned master's degrees in divinity and family ministry from Hardin-Simmons University. Kelley also holds a Ph.D. in ministry from Abilene Christian University. At the time of his tenure, Kelley was an associate professor of practical theology at Hardin-Simmons University. Kelley also founded F.A.C.E.S. (First a Chance Eventually Success) Ministry in 2006.[1]
