• Job Creation and Income Opportunities Attract high-paying tech and manufacturing jobs to Marion by targeting key sectors, securing fast approvals, preparing site-ready spaces, and offering paid apprenticeships for students, veterans, career switchers, and minority and disabled residents.
• Responsible Property Tax Management Protect taxpayers while funding core services: publish an annual “Where Your Taxes Go” report, ensure new growth pays its fair share, eliminate waste, and maintain the levy at a stable level without compromising service quality.

• Smart Development, Infrastructure, and Growth Management Grow responsibly and maintain what we have. Prioritize roads, stormwater, and utilities in every area, not only new builds. Require fair cost sharing from developers. Align land use with existing services to reduce tax pressure while preserving Marion's character.
• Job Creation and Income Opportunities Attract high-paying tech and manufacturing jobs to Marion by targeting key sectors, securing fast approvals, preparing site-ready spaces, and offering paid apprenticeships for students, veterans, career switchers, and minority and disabled residents.

What areas of public policy are you personally passionate about?

I'm passionate about practical, people-focused policies, especially in three areas:

Fiscal Responsibility and Transparency: Taxpayers deserve to know where every dollar goes. I believe in publishing clear, plain-language budget summaries, evaluating the full cost of major projects before approval, and focusing spending on essentials like streets, stormwater, and public safety before taking on new extras.
Neighborhood Equity: Every part of Marion should receive fair treatment from City Hall. That means establishing clear timelines for repairs, maintaining open communication, and ensuring growth doesn't come at the expense of older neighborhoods.
